YES Question....
I usually workout in the afternoons. I just got my bottle in today and am wondering if I would be ok apply it before my workout and cardio about 1.5 hrs after my last meal. The meal will consist of a little carbs(complex) and 23 grams of protein. After lifting I plan to wait about 1 hr to eat again. Cardio in the morning on empty stomach is just not an option for me. I wake up at 5am as it is to work at 6am.
