Yep just got back last week. China is a festering cesspool and I will hopefully never have the misfortune of setting foot there again. Aside from that I have been to Sweden and South Africa since june.

I'm a geologist so not much work on the rig or physical labor most of the time. Being outdoors is nice though.

Austin's awesome. Doesn't even seem like Tx. And they are even building a Formula One track for 2012. LOVE that town.

Busy as hell, I've racked up 30,000 airline miles since may 31st. Hardly any time in the gym either I feel pathetic and weak right now. How are things with you?

Don't get your hopes up I'm just bored waiting for this project to actually start. I'll probably disappear again as soon as it gets rolling. Not much time for this when working 16 hrs a day.

How was the food in China? Did they have anything other than rice and fish heads?

Rice and what I was told was beef, but since I didn't see any cows and lot's of stray dogs I can only imagine what I was eating. Also basically had the same thing every day from the camp cooks. Didn't have any fish as I was a couple thousand miles inland.
