so what weight did he email you back for arnold in 1975?
I'm glad frank emailed you . He often makes visits some of the local gyms here in central florida with his "eat like zane look like zane "seminar The first 30 minutes are free next unless you want to stay then you have to pay.If zane is in tampa soon i'll ask him becuase I am thinking about just paying for the weekend class.

I love arnold as well.done be ashamed to type the numbers 225lbs in the forum as arnolds weight in 1975 frank zane confirmed it ken whailer even said arnold was 225 just after the show he claimed he saw arnold get on the scale tired ,weak and almost shaking from starvation before he hity his after party to smoke a fat joint and eat cake like a chubby fat kid .

I'm glad we have come to the same conclusion now you see in 1973 arnold was 235lbs in 1974 he was supposed to be 233-237lbs then in in late 74 he fell off a stage while guest posing and broke his leg and didnt train them as he did before so in 1975 its shows and arnold even looks 10lbs lighter in 1975 then he did in 73 and 74. I think arnold was at his peak in 1974 when he posed down and lou came in second.

but back to the question what did frank zane tell you in the email arnold weighed in 1975? forget about the joe weider myths and padded figures put the ego aside arnold himself has even admitted his arms were never over 21 inchs and some of his best lifts were exaggerated as they got told and retold in the books and from others .

Get your eyes checked, Ronnie Coleman has the 2nd best back of all time, his conditioning has never been on par with Dorian.

Ronnie has Yates in most other things but I believe Dorian has better Calves, Back, Traps, Glutes. Everything else Ronnie is better.

I agree with him. COleman has wider lats and much bigger traps. Dorian looks thicker in the middle of his back
