ya'll get leg cramps from Xenadrine?

using Xenadrine rfa-1, have gradually built up to the maximun recommended dosage of 2 caps twice per day.

between the xen and the heat and humidity of this swamp called new orleans; i am sweatin' like a poish farm animal!

i suspect i am sweating a lot of potassium out of my system, causing the night time calf cramps i am suffering.

would a potassium suppliment be called for, or taurine, or both?

Water would be my first bet! Are you drinking plenty (gallon+) daily?

all i can! i slosh when i walk! my co-workers hold me responsible for changing out the water cooler bottle, they claim i am draining it.

I found that if my sodium intake is too low, I cramp like hell. I drink close to two gal of water a day plus take potassium. I also take taurine, especially when using clen.

yes, taurine is da bomb for counter acting "clen cramps''......one of the worst nights i have ever had happened with clen and no taurine....was "walking the floor" all night due to leg cramps.
