I like it because it gives me ALOT of energy. I don't take it for fat burning purposes but I know it definately helps. like I said, for energy....it helps bring my workouts to the next level....I'm all about high intensity workouts. I always take two an hour before i hit the gym and again on my way to the gym so I have enough enery for the whole workout and I don't get tired half way through.
I take it as well, but never more than two a day, before a workout only. If you've never tried them before, take one at a time and see how you feel. They can be fairly potent to some people.

It wasn't bad and worked ok.
I took one in the morning 30 min's before cardio for 7 days and one mid-afternoon for 7 days. Then I started taking two in the morning and two mid-afternoon. Just like they recommended on the bottle.
I thought the Xenadrine was good at first when i started taking it. i would only take 1 or 2 a day (once in the morning & once before working out). It suppressed my appetite (lost 12lbs in 4wks). but once i went off of them, i ate like a maniac. they also started to make me tired & nauseous...i guess my body was becoming immune to them or something. I plan on taking them again though to get my workouts a little bit more intense and take off a few extra lbs.
I have taken as recomended, 2 first thing in the morning and 2 an hour before lunch. i like xenadrine more than Hydroxy cut and next time I cut I will take 2 - 3 times a day.
Another good fat burner is Animal Cuts by Universal, which I have taken.
I have heard good things about Adipo but never tried it.
