Xanax to sleep, what kind??????

I usually use the regular Roche brand 1mg blue xanax tabs to help me sleep while I'm on cycle.
I got a buch of these 1.5mg sustained release xanax's
they are called Restyl SR. They are uncoated, but I'm wondering if they will be slowly released into my system all day long. I want it all at once.

No, actually , I'm "not" on the wrong board. Plenty of people around here use Xan or Val to help them sleep while on gear. I was just simply asking about a diff brand I was given.

what are addictive? the sustained release 1.5mg onces, or just all xanax? I've used regular xanax before, just never these new ones.

Sustained release, means, "sustained release" These would be better for a general anxiety disorder that was disrupting your daily functioning. I would stick with the ones you have been using, and remember xanax is highly addictive so be careful.

I got addicted to xanax in 10 days. Luckily I had the insight to see this and threw the reast of them down the toilet. It was hoorible after that I couldn't sleep for three days I just layed in bed with my eyes open. Be careful. Just take some tylenol PM or something non-addictive.

Be very careful with the SR version, unless you won't to be real cooled out all day. They are more for anxiety disorders than sleep aids. Find the normal faster acting xanax, if you are using them for sleep...
