Hi guys,
I have been visiting a few weightlifting sites when I stumbled upon xrep.com or x-rep.com
Something like that
It describes a training method that is supposedly able to pack some SERIOUS muscle in like, a few months time.
I wished to know what you guys think about the x-rep, or extended reps.
