I used to think he was when I was younger. However now days I look at his pictures and he was really nothing more than abs and arms. He had a weak chest and a nonexistent back. Legs? Forget it. Luger once told me that Rude was the only person he knew that (mostly never) hardly wore knee pads under his trunks because the knee pads stuck out further than his quads did.

Rude wasn't that jacked at all. I haven't seen shoulder pads in suits that bad since Dynasty went off the air. Rude basically quit working out all together the last several years before he died. He had his back hurt bad in a botched match/move against Sting and that ended his career and made it painful to even turn to the side or bend over. He wasn't in any shape to work out.
