Wulfgar's Contest cycle and diet prep

Alright. you asked for it. you got it. this is what i used to dial in for 2 consecutive(1 month apart 2nd place finishes)..dont try this @ home kiddies :p

11 week prep for 1st show

1st 2 weeks(starting BW 260, roughly 8-10% BF)
-X-factor 2000 mg ed(clean out receptor sites)
-Clen 80 mg 2 day on 2 day off rotated with Ephedra/caffiene 25/250 mg 3x day 2 days on 2 days off
-Creatine mix( 10 grams creatine, 4 hydroxyisolucine, 200 mg ALA, 75 g dextrose, tiratricol, 50 grams whey, 3-guanidoproprionic acid) 2 x daily upon waking and after workout
- Diet during this time was 600 grams of protein a day and i cycled the carbs and fat down from 500 carbs and 60 g fat to 200 carbs and 20 g fat by dropping calories every 2 days, protein stayed constant
- training was uber intense utilizing drop sets, negatives and forced reps 6 days on 1 day off
-cardio was 5 days a week 20 min interval training @ 1AM, plus lots of sex. last day of the program i rested and fasted with only water and 150 grams of whey protein in the AM

week 3-11
Mixed a 100 ml vial with
33 ml prop(100 mg/ml)
33 ml tren(100 mg/ml)
33 ml EQ(50 mg/ml)
BA .5 ml
daily injects to the bodyparts trained that day 1.5 total CC ED
clen 80-160 mg 2 days on 2 off ...ECA 3x day 2 days on 2 days off(I upramped the clen bi weekly)
week 5-11(In addition to above)
T-3 50 mg on clen days
added proviron 50-100 mg/d to increase hardness
week 8-11
Added 50-150 mg Anadrol Ed and 50 mg Winstrol EOD

estrogen control was held in check with Adex(1 mg ) and nolvadex(20-40 mg) 2 days on 2 days off, 1 shot formestane 250 mg weekly

supplements were crucial and maintained throughout, Multi, glutamine(50 grams daily, arginine, ZMA, C, E, u name it, i took it, health is paramount.


Diet during those weeks kept the protein constant at 470 grams ED, fats remiained 10% of my diet(coming mainly from CLA and MCT oil). i rotated carbs in high, medium and low days starting @ 700 carbs, 640, 580 carbs on week 3 and ending up @ roughly 300, 240, and 180 from weeks 9-11.

Late night cardio continued @ 5 days a week up to 4 days out from the show 20-30 min interval, also kept alot of sex in there still


training utilized high/low workouts, every bodypart 2 days a week. 6 days on1 day off, 12-15 sets for large bodyparts, 10-12 for small ones

I depleted for 1 day and carb loaded for one day on roughly 1500 carbs from potato sources and banana chips in addition to my creatine/dextrose mix 3x daily)

water intake was 2-3 gallons a day, 15 days out it went to 4 gallons with a 20% increase in sodium. last 3 days diuretic use was Hydrochlorothiazide(25, 50, 50 mg daily) and dandelion root (3000 mg daily). final day H20 intake was 1.5 gallons


hit the stage @ 244 for this show, took 2nd(shoulda got 1st)


took 5 days off and had 1 cheat meal before deciding to do the next show

i hit it hard and fast determined to come in harder, fuller and heavier( I did)

week 1
prop 300 mg 2 days on 1 day off
Primo 200 mg 2 days on 2 days off
tren 50 mg EOD
week 2
prop 200 mg 2 days on 1 day off
Primo 300 mg 2 days on 2 days off
tren 50 mg ED
week 3
tren 100 mg EOD
Winstrol 100 mg Eod
Drol 50 mg daily
week 4 ran 200 mg prop 4 days str8 stopped 3 days before my show along with 100 mg tren and 50 mg winny. ran 50 mg drol right up to contest time

continued ECA and clen roatation and added T-3 back in during the last week to jack up the metabolism(it worked)
ate 500 grams of protein a day, broccoli 6x a day, kept carbs between 150 and 300 daily on rotation. CLA and mct oil supplementation continued.

changed my carb loading and depletion to 2 days depletion 3 days loading

hit the stage@ 250 1/4....really shoulda won this one!!
 
Cool bro. I saw the HW won the overall. I couldn't make the show unfortunately. I will be at the L.A. though. What are you doing next?

im tired of the Lindsay productions shows. they are bullshit politics with that corrupt old fucker running the shows

im doing the junior nats next year...my goal is to hit the stage @ 275 shredded.

Bro I completely agree with you there. The politics are worse in the figure division. My best athlete got fucked twice in Lindsey shows. They put girls in front of her that didn't even look like they ever touched a weight. The placed ahead of her because they worked with a trainer that sponsors Lindsey's shows. This girl has the potential to be a pro figure competitor, but quit because she was tired of working her ass off only to be insulted by the judges.

Ill probably start to incorporate it in my quest to reach the upper 200 lb range(275-285 contest shape)

i just gotta wait till i stop responding to AAS cycles only

What does this mean exactly? No carbs or fats and only 150 of protein. What did you do, sleep all day then wake up and have a protein shake every few hours.

it means I slept all day and just ahd the whole 150 grams at one time in the AM

just reportin what works clinically for me. im gonna keep using these methodologies to reach 300 lbs and keep sides down to a minimum. we shall see :coffee:
 
HI WULFGAR, I was looking at your contest cycle and i saw 8-11 week out contest you used anadrol..my question is why you didn't cycle anadrol at the beginning ?or Do you always put anad and dbol at the end of cycle? thanks bro

I was wondering the other day if it would be beneficial to add anadrol or dbol at then end of a cycle for a competition. The only thing I could think of is that it would help with the pumps sustaining longer. Could give a fuller appearance the day of the show, once you start carb loading.

I would think it would be harder on the dieter to run those drugs the whole cycle (toxic also) because of trying to rid water from the body the closer you get to the show.

It really depends on the protocols goals

I do use orals heavily in the begining of some cycles if I am ending by tapering onto more anabolic and less androgenic substances.

the goal of using anadrol at the end of a precontest prep was to help develop and maintain a full, vascular appearance while in a severe caloric deficit by utilizing anadrols unique ability to increase red blood cell count and sodium retention in a short amount of time.

Ive used Dbol at the beggining and intermittantly in cycles depending on the other drugs used and the timing and duration of the phase. I like Dbol alot @ the beggining because it is extremely anti-catabolic and offsets the bodies initial catabolic reactions to high dose AAS use.

in that final day of rest and fasting (after 14 days of overtraining and undereating)...the body is in a very controlled catabolic state and is working hard to clear androgen(and other) receptors to undergo a dramatic anabolic effect to prevent starvation and death

catabolism is actually very anabolic. look @ any bodybuilder who diets and overtrains for 12-16 weeks the eats everything he can for about 2 weeks after the show...he gains an ungodly amount of weight very quickly which is primarily water and lean muscle tissue with very little fat gain.......im just using this phenomenon to my advantage

its really not that hard to keep the bloat down. if you have been running proper anti-E's throught the cycle then estrogen levels should already be very low. and as we know anadrol will only lead to progesterone like side effects anyways if the body is in a high estrogen environment(water retention, female patter fat deposits, etc). since testosterone is very dominant @ the end of a prep cycle these conversions wont happen. If there is any notice of them, even mild OTC diuretics will rid you of any excess water.

but yes, you are right in saying the pumps and full, vascular appearance are the goals of Anadrol use precontest

you can say THAT again!!! I just came off a contest 2.5 weeks ago at 5'9 163 age 24, dry, shredded, and taking the overall after dieting 17 weeks coming down from 230 (first show..local obviously,untested)...and brother..you couldnt be MORE RIGHT...im currently weighing 190 at 5.5% bodyfat or so and extremely full and veiny, practically contest hard, striations still extremely abundant, during my workouts i feel like god (i think you know what i mean judging by your physique LOL)..

im currently on :
750mgs test
300 deca
250 fina
250 masteron
10mcgs igf twice daily (all thats needed, shooting arms)...
25mcgs t3 daily,
50mgs proviron,
1mg arimi,
and basically most of the same supps you take as well as im a health freak and care about my health alot..i take around 100 otc health supplements a day...
from now on im gunna stay alot leaner in the offseason..not over 9%, makes dieting so much easier i think, plus you look bigger I feel..its not always just about how much you weigh (although in your case, your weigh is impressive, bet your physique is 10 times as impressive as the lbs though in text)...

next year i wanna take a NQ at the southern states and get dareem's help leading up to it (he trains at my gym, good friend)..

Im having about 2500 cals a day since i have a slow metabolism...with alot of vegies, slow burning carbs, good amount of protein, over a gram per pound (220 grams), about 45/20/35 c/f/p ratio..seems to be working well for me...energy is awsome...buttt...i seem to be a bit hungry at times, especially at night...i tried hoodia but its only mildly effective? meridia better?

anyone i dont wanna take away from your thread bro...im sure you look great still so post up some contest pics as well as current pics...i need some motivation to help me get a national qualifyer next year damnit..i want it bad..LOL.

P.S: U thinking of turning pro someday?

good deal man. you really seem to be on track with your gear and diet. Staying clean in the diet year round is the only way to go. turning into a lard ass(over 12% for a competitive bodybuilder) is just unhealthy and unecessary in my opinion.
Im currently off androgens...just running some cortisol control(Trilostane 180 mg EOD) and some estrogen control,nolva/proviron combo(nolva 30 mg EOD and proviron 100 mg ED) . Plus some other natty OTC test boosters like tribulus,yohimbe, Long jack...etc..
runnin T3(low dose 50 mg 2 days on 2 off) clen and ECA in addition to a high protein diet(550 grams daily), moderate carbs(300) and moderate fat(60 grams)
Pumps have been great and my weight is back up to about 258 6 days after the show. I still feel hard and full and my libido is kicking hard too so Im very happy with the results from my cycle. Sides are non-existant
Just like you bro I seriously must take 100 OTC health supplements daily and will always continue to do it(damn i need a supplement company to sponser me..lol :p )


I think it is a good sign you are getting hungary still with your metabolism being relatively slow(i think the T-3 is helpin it out though.. ;) I have used Meridia with good results while dieting but for you Id just say to add in a protein shake with a scoop of oatmeal and some EFAs if your hungary @ night. It cant hurt and wont do anything but help you grow.

I am waiting on my pics. I bought the set that the show photographers take so id like to be able to post those for you guys. Ive got a few photo shoots lined up with M&F and ironman this weekend and next week so hopefully Ill get some publicity in those..Ill keep everyone updated.

Id love to turn pro. Bodybuilding is my main hobby and true passion. I just need to get smarter about playing politics and really knowing the right channels to operate through. In a subjective sport it seems that who you know is almost more important than how good you look.

Always used Taurine bro.. 3 grams daily with my clen...there was also some mixed in my creatine drink I used. good stuff..i never felt any irregular heartbeat or problem.

gettin my bloodscreen back next week..hopefully everything should still be runnin great! I always get my blood work done before, in the middle and after my cycles
