I have just started getting to know him on here but I have a feeling we'll end up meeting up sometime since he's local. He's a good bro.

nah man...i did 4 shows from last April to this. Im on my month break from training then Im going to push hard for the Nats next year in september. Im going to push my BW up near 300 lbs @ 12% BF and train there and plan on about a 16 week prep for the nationals. I want to hit the stage about 20 lbs better than I did in my last show, roughly 265 but with much tighter conditioning.

I cant blame him
It is a hard sport, one of the toughest I think and it takes its toll after a number of years.....a whole lotta politics play thier way in this sport too @ all levels
i think stan has gotten the short end of the stick for awhile

He said that he's considering being a Action Movie star. Maybe it would be best. He'll get reconized far more than a bodybuilder.

not that i know of. He was once into Martial Arts when he was younger so I've heard.
