Wtf???

I go tanning about 2 times a week for 10-15 min.

Sometimes, after I get out, I have these bumps underneath my eyes, kind of right outside the path of the goggles....it is like raised skin...wtf??? It fades when I don't tan...? Any idea what it is or how to get rid of it?

And no, they are not bumps like cancer bumps...follows my cheekbone line on both sides as well.
