So, I guess then I can get funds from the United Negro College and get my masters and phd paid for by them. And then appear on the black history channel and be honored during black history month.
There was a book written by a black lawyer and what he found out was that his own people were more racist than the whites.
Why is that? Why is it whitey gets his ass beat by a black guy, it is just a crime of violence. But black man gets his ass beat by whitey it is ten times as worse cause how it is a hate crime. Arent' both hate crimes? Since you pretty much gotta hate the dude whooping up on?

Actually I do as well as a BS in Aerospace Engineering, minors in math and physics and last time I took the ASVAB I missed only one question.
So, my question to you is this. Why didn't they take you then?

As for classifying a crime as a hate crime. 99% of the time we had to mark the box for hate crime if it was a white guy beating up or whatever on a black guy, or asian, hispanic, etc. If it was the other way around, we had to have witnessess that the assailant (suspect) had used hateful words, like your white trash or honkey I'm gonna kill ya, etc. Without that it was just another crime.
Hell I did a case where a gay black man grab a rednecks ass and asked him if he wanted to go to a gay party. The redneck then hit the guy and ran away. The whole group of gay black men then started chasing him down to beat his ass.
So, we had to mark the box a hate crime committed by the redneck and were instructed not to write up a crime sheet on the gay black man for sexual battery for grabbing the rednecks ass.
Hate crimes are a joke. Black or white green or red, you injure another person it is a crime period. And it was pretty obvious at the instance of the crime you hated the other person.
