my wrists have been killing me on pressing movements. just need some advice on healing my wrists and injury prevention.

I have small wrists and they get really sore as well. I am using some wrpas to see if that helps. Also, you need to work on your forarms. Do wrist curls as well!

I just use some sports tape and wrap them and sometimes also use wrist wraps, I just get the wraps the boxers use. Also you might want to go with lower weight higher reps for a little bit until your wrists get stronger.

I have small wrists and they killed doing heavy pressing/curling and powercleans.

When the get too sore I just back off the intensity for a while. I found that high rep 20-100 per set wrist curls stretch out the flexors and pump in fresh blood to the area and work out the scar tissue.

I don't really recommend taping or strapping because they allow you to carry on having weaker wrists Just build up in volume/ intensity at a slower pace to allow the whole body to grow in line.

Would it be smart to run a PH cycle if you have bad wrists, but want to continue training heavy?
