Wrist issue

Hey everyone - was hoping that maybe someone could give me some insight into what has happened to my wrist - there is no pain whatsoever..still have good range of motion.. But throughout the day I am able to push down on the bottom left portion of my right wrist and I feel & can here a bit of a pop.. Freaking nasty I know.. But anyone know what this could be? I'm going to see a doc hopefully this upcoming weekend but I really cannot afford to step away from the gym at the moment.
 
Still looking for input to start getting this issue a bit better.. Or
If there's anyone whose been through something similar suggestions would

I have that same problem right from my index finger to down by my thumb and I have to press them together to make it pop, it's a bitch to do curls with ot but I push through! Doesn't really hurt just annoying uncomfortable feeling

Thanks for the recommendation..going to include it in my next sarms stack in the near future. Curious though as to what I can start doing to actually fix this issue - anyone know of stretches, exercises or anything else?
