wrinkles under my eyes would botox fix this . or some form of plastic surgery live in north carolina anyone know any good dr. in nc.thanks for your help.:qt:

I don't think they will do Botox under the eyes, 'm pretty sure they will only do it in the muscles over and around the sides of the eyes.
Foe lines and wrinkles, check out products like Restalin, where they actually inject a material to soften the lines.
Bert of luck!

it really depends how the deep the lines are and also if there is sagging skin or bags under the eyes. Surgery is the only option to get rid of bags under the eyes. If its fine lines botox will help. and yes it is done under the eyes. if it is deep lines then botox may help a little but u may need a filler to fill the lines. because botox just relaxes the muscle. So something like juvederm ultra would be a great option for that.

Work with a dermatologist and plastic surgeon

Good question,,,I'm not real sure what the do for this. I will look into it though.

If you had a magic wand - Getting rid of wrinkles means replacing that skin with healthy looking skin that has fat and is smooth. ie: the skin you had when u were 25. (youth = smoothness). So how do u get that w/o a magic wand?

1) Injectables can stick in some stuff underneath it to "prop" it up, 2) surgery can cut the face and stretch it (giving u that stretched kenny rogers look), 3) treatments/facials can peel away dead skin and chemicals (peeling) can energize the skin and take away discoloration/blemishes making the skin look much smoother. Unf. this is not "instant" and lots of spa scams out there that take ur money and u never look different.

So what do u do? I'd talk to a doc but be aware of these 3 methods. Best method personally is getting in shape, low body fat, eat healthy, exercise/walk, sweat, your body starts getting healthier, looking better INCLUDING your face/skin. Most "good looking" Hollywood peeps you see - also bust their ass in gyms, eat healthy, have a low body fat and are positive all day. None of that stuff required surgery.

If you want to look like u did when young - you first need to be the same weight when u were young. Doctors can only do so much - but if you push them, they will take your money and screw up your face if you force them.

for men: why not just accept getting and looking older. its not the end of the world to look your age. the best strategy for aging well is keeping fit and living well. good aging is genetic and cumulative. years of bad habits show up on your face. (i will never understand why anyone would possibly want to smoke).

if you got a happening life: career, relationships , hobbies, little cash, children, friends etc you won't be all obsessed about having wrinkles.

I don't think anyone should, electively, shoot foreign substances into their body. Injectibles can migrate making parts of your face look deformed, so there's constant revisions. Your own fat, taken from other parts of your body, and injected site specifically...well there's been ancedotal accounts of this fat *acting* according to the area it's harvested from.

The most feasible protocol(according to many years of clinical research); wear sunblock with a minimum of 30SPF, avoid processed sugar (causes glycation~the breakdown of collagen), apply a retinol of some sort, preferably the prescriptive: Retin-A (at night), and a Vit-C serum (morning)...and of course, proper nutrition/exercise as Bake suggested.

A. Get lots of sleep
B. Eat a diet high in polyphenols
C. stay hydrated
D. wear sunblock obsessively
E. wear a hat that shades your face
F. promote IGF-1 somehow
Only after all this:
G. get a medium face peel, like TCA
H. Use Retin A
I, Use a DermaRoller once a month
J. get dermal fillers
K get micro current treatments

Else:
K: don't worry about it, work on being a more complete person over all.
