Checked out the new Work Out World in Freehold tonight. I wasn't impressed. They gutted out a movie theater and worked on this building for months but the inside was nothing spectacular. Looks like another overpriced fitness center. Good, maybe it will get some of the yups out of my free-weight area.

i grew up in freehold and know exactly what you are talking about.. i also used to work out at the one in tinton falls about 5 years ago... where you training now?
