I just had my first ever good breakfast - 3 egg whites and a packet/bowl of Apple & Cinnamon Quaker's Oatmeal, with a multi-vitamin (don't have the mineral yet) and a tablespoon of flax...
I'll admit, I felt a li'l nauseaus at one point... but soon afterwards I just told myself that it was for a greater good, and forced down the eggs and everything.
One question though, the Apple & Cinnamon Oatmeal does have some grams of sugars in it... is that okay still? 12 grams, I believe, out of 27 grams of carbs. The other carbs are still present so...
