Everyone loses. Not only has he been forced to spend a life filled with bitterness and resentment and lacking so much of what we take for granted but this is the point where he now sells his lfe story and then sues the taxpayer via the government for loss of earnings and damages.

I believe he gets compensated for his time. Don't know how much. There was a guy down here that served 3 years innocently, got $65,000 for his troubles. Within 5 months he was back in jail for robbery and battery.

In louisville kentucky, they used to do strip searches routinely when booking for DUI. There was a big tadoo about it, the city stopped doing it and issued $10,000 to those who had undergone the searches.

That is lots of money to flash your butt to a cop.

They should get him the prosecutor, judge, and anyone else responsible for his wrongful conviction and strip them of everthing they own and put them in jail for 25. Or split his time between all of them and take all their belongings.
