Nope. It's hard to put a price on the years you get to live but I know $250,000 isn't enough for ten years. Now if you had a shitty life you'd probably want to take the money.

I would actually BUY 10 years of life for $500,000. However this might only give me 10 low quality extra years, say from age 70 to 80 
or from 60 to 70 (not too bad) or maybe from 100 to 110
