GM owes nearly $7 Billion to GMAC. $2 Billion just in interest gained thru GM leases.

Delphi will cost GM nearly $6 Million in paybacks.
Delphi UAW employees threatening to strike.
GMAC nets $2.8 Billion but GM is selling it for cash. Could get sued by creditors is GM files for bankruptcy.
GM pays $550 Million annually to their JOBSbank and the union will not cut these employees off.
GM needs about $64 Billion to cover future retiree payouts including health premiums.

I'd drop Buick for sure. Probably keep outsourcing as much as possible (if trade/import agreements allow it). GM needs to take a look at Toyota and copy their structure. Not only concerning wages but also how the manpower is used.

I wouldnt touch GM shares with a 10ft pole...
