Would you dump your mate for a better one?

Big Rick Rock

istrator
I'm only asking some of you guys who have been in a relationship for less than two years.

If the right guy/girl came into your life, he/she is hot as all hell, smart, funny, making good money ect ect ect... Would you look to better deal your current mate and dump their ass for this one one?

If the right person, the one you have been looking for you whole life cam into the picture right now... Would you leave your mate or just pass...

Lets be honest about this shit!

Nope she doesn't know about Elite. This is the one fitness site I wanted to keep to myself.

There is also more for me then looks or money. Grass isnt' always greener, I was lucky enough to learn this in my early 20's.

I'll take the queen of hearts.

no she already told me she would cut my penis off if i did that

Leave while you can!!

i dont think i could leave my mate for someone else. For me to be in a relationship with someone I have to fall in love with them and feel they are the one. I dont start relationships for the hell of it. so if im with someone I fell in love with, i wouldnt have it in me to up and leave them.

Well i do believe everything happens for a reason, would i dump my mate hmmm
Honestly speaking NO, what i would do is be friends with the New Person, make them a part of my life,
For one thing i have learnt is all that glitters is NOT gold
We as human beings often feel the grass is greener on the other side
Only for us to get there and all is not what it seems
So what i would do is be patient take my time and get to know this New Person in my life as friends while still been with my current partner
For i am a great believer in faith and what is meant for you will not pass you by

Ok... So you are saying you would be friends with Mr.Perfect to get to know him better before you take the jump... In the meanwhile you would stay with your current partner just to be safe...

LOL
Please dont twist all around MR lol
What i am saying is, u never really know someone
and just because it might appear prefect does not mean it is
and there is nothing wrong with been friends, after all i would have
committed no crime, I do believe what ever will be will be, But u cant just
throw away something u have built all because u think, u have found a better match, sometimes our mistakes makes us what
we are and only from them do we know how to do things right

i made this mistake once... typical case of the grass looking greener until i actually got there
barely a day goes by that i don't regret doing it too

Do what your ladder system thing tells you to do.

I read that whole site, btw. It was some funny and somewhat interesting shit

No I wouldn't. If you're in love and happy with your mate and the relationship, then you would have no reason to look else where.

Honestly, BRR, "hot, smart and funny" really is a great thing, but for me it's not the only thing. I think when I'm with loved ones I feel a connection, a feeling, something of a life-mate type of connection that cannot be reproduced even with Pamela Anderson allowing me to do what I want.

Personally, I wouldn't change a 'mate' for something small, BUT if my current relationship was NOT working out well and I was headed in a negative direction, I'd do it in a heartbeat - god knows I have been divorced.

It's a subjective view, but in the end the choice you make is your final one and you'll have to stick by it -so make the right choice.

WHOA@!

Something we agree on.
;)

I think it's always easy to think something else or someone else is a better deal. Even if you were to meet someone and they'd be really terrific, you don't know that things wouldn't be a mess 6 months into the deal. I've always seen relationships as involving weighing what you have against what you could possibly find elsewhere.

I think just tossing someone aside for an "upgrade" is short term thinking in most situations. I can't see how that wouldn't lead to regrets. I'm not saying though that people should stay in unhappy situations and feel stuck though. The grass is always greener...
