Would YES make a difference on my stomach?

I'm assuming you're trying to use it on your upper ab area since your lower looks pretty cut. It would definitely work because my bodyfat is higher than yours and I have notieced results.
 
Yeah it would be my upper area. How noticable were the results? I mean I've got everything right there, it's just not coming out for me. How long would I need to use it before I saw results?

I'm pretty sure my diet is fine, but I completely stopped cardio because I did not want to lose weight (still don't) and it happens really fast when I've mixed in cardio in the past.

I was planning on just doing 20 mins of hard cardio 6 days a week on the stationary bike though, and see how that works. Any thoughts/tips on this?
 
Nopt trying to dog you here but you look pretty lean now. I would suggest upping your ab routine to get your abs a bit more size. Then they will deffinatly shine through.

But yes YES will help with your spot fat loss.
 
I could drop a few more points in body fat percentage, I'm 8-10% right now, I'd like to be 5-7%.

I just ordered a bottle of it, and I'm hitting the abs harder + more often, and doing some cardio, we'll see what happens after a month.

Also - what is the recommended usage for YES? (how many squirts, how often each day, etc.) I also take 4-6 Thermorexin a day and will do it for another week, then back onto the Clen for two weeks.

I have used it both for pre cardio AND pre training, but my session were split AM/PM.

Is the Cardio you plan on doing going to be PWO (i.e. 20 mins of hard cardio 6 days a week)? If so, one application Pre-Training should be sufficient. Maybe start 2-3 pumps per application on that one specific area.

I think the bottle or site suggest 1-2 pumps and "work you way up to a comfortable dose" b/c you may experience some sides. Seeing you are on T-Rex & Clen I'm pretty sure you can handle 'em.

After that you'll figure out your user specific dosing :)

Actually I find that I respond better to pre-lifting cardio, by the time I'm done lifting I usually don't have anything left. I don't know why - maybe it has something to do with getting the blood flowing pre-workout.

I'm planning on doing 2-3 pumps on the lower chest, upper ab areas when I wake up (I go to the gym right after I wake up). Then 2-3 pumps later on, possibly before I go to sleep.

I'll post updates once there's some noticable changes happening.
