I'm planning on doing 2-3 pumps on the lower chest, upper ab areas when I wake up (I go to the gym right after I wake up). Then 2-3 pumps later on, possibly before I go to sleep.
I'll post updates once there's some noticable changes happening.

When applying, shoot for at least 15-20 minutes before cardio.
There MAY be a stimulant effect from the YES so keep that in mind before bed. (more of a warning for others, not really you)
