Would YES make a difference on my stomach?

Make sure if you're not exfoliating the area prior to application (preferred), you clean the area(s) with a warm cloth ... you want clean skin.

When applying, shoot for at least 15-20 minutes before cardio.

There MAY be a stimulant effect from the YES so keep that in mind before bed. (more of a warning for others, not really you)
