Would u sue a company

because some people got sick from taking some medicine but you didnt?
I have remicade infusions for my Crohns disease and it has done nothing but help me........but apparently it has given some people blood disease and disorders http://www.remicade-injury-lawyers.com/?OVRAW=remicade&OVKEY=remicade&OVMTC=standard

Im not one to sue everyone...but what if i end up with some of this stuff later on?
I also took the phen/fen and look at the money some ppl got from them.....but it did nothing bad to me.....it did exactly what it was supposed to.......the same as the remicade.

What would you do?

It would be unethical if you sued a company for making a product that helped you. Then again it's all in your ethics hwo you feel about it.

I was thinking the same thing. So you are thinking about suing this company because of what it did to OTHER people even though it is helping you?? If you are going to sue why are you still on the drug?? The fact that you want to sue the very company that created a drug which helps you lead a normal life is probably the most unethical thing one can sue for.

Wholeheartedly agree there. At least the broad who spilled the McDonald's coffee sustained a burn. And even she was in the wrong.
