Would this be a low or just right dosage for the first time in 8 yrs?

33 yrs old havnt touched aas since about 25 or so. previously did a few light test cycles and a couple small oral fina cycles.
My first choice was EQ since i always wanted to try it. Plus the benefits it has for joints is a plus. I have always read that 300mg/wk is the minimum recomended dosage and 400mg/wk is a very standard safe dosage. So I'm sold on the 400mg/wk. But due to much reading about the possibilities of being shut down pretty good while on a 12-14 wk run of EQ alone i have decided it would be a good idea to throw in 250ml/wk of test E. I am going to keep my diet in check and my workouts geared towards losing as much BF as possible while gaining as much lean mass as i can. I know this isnt the ideal cutter cycle. but i really want to use EQ for the other things it does besides build muscle. should I drop the test out to keep the bloat away? also What would be a good injection split? 1cc EQ, then 1cc EQ mixed with 1cc test E later in the week? Blood pressure will be kept in check. Will be hitting the niacin and a few other triglyceride/cholesterol friendly supps. Both were a bit high after last summer with a very very poor diet of garbage and massive intake of monster energy drinks, along with alchohol, and a horrible sweet tooth. All have since been given up for the past few months. the energy drinks and the garbage diet to stay gone. and the alcohol consumption to stay at a 2-4 drink max. in a dinner or social situation ONLY while not using AAS.
 
so 400mg eq and 250mg test e.? sounds like a good mild dose. slightly low to my standards, but it may be perfect for you.
 
I will have nolva on hand just incase. Never had gyno issues. keeping it to use with clomid for PCT.
Was thinking of throwing in a small amount of D-bol for the first 4 weeks to kickstart it. If I gained some water from the d-bol, would i lose it after cesation of the d-bol?
I will be keeping my diet to Albacore, Chicken, and very lean Turkey burger. One or two bagels in the first half of the day with some natty peanut butter. Brown rice as needed IF i get carb deficient. I want to keep carbs and fat as low as possible and as little sodium as possible.
Any protien i need to make up will be whey shakes. Or more likely whey with one egg and milk made into pancakes. Eaten with NO type or extras or syrup. its alot easier for me to eat the protien than it is to drink a giant shake.

i would not bother with Dbol, 4 weeks will not give you anything but waterweight, sure after all that is out of your system you may have a 2-3 lb gain. Hardly worth it.And certainly not keepable.

If You don't feel like you're not getting good results on your cycle up the test to 500mg wk after 5 weeks.

I was only going to run around 20mg a day(never used d-bol before) . I know most will say thats way low. but the biggest thing is not weight for me. just lean mass. I figured i wouldnt get alot of water at that dose. But if anything i get IS going to be water then screw it i wont put it in there. Thanks for the advice

dbol especially , effects everyone different, 20mg i bloat like a balloon and bp climbs.. I like or should say love test and eq cycles thats my bread and butter..:coffee:
