training
sleep schedule
then count ur years experience on ur hand if u havent got ur index raised (3 up)
then supp urself.
protein
fishoils
joint supports
um etc... (this can go on long)
then at that point waita year then form a decision point. base it on whats going on in ur life aswell,
if its just bbing and cosmetic, relax... no timelimit on that...
sports = different story in MY VERY HUMBLE OPINION
