would like some vet advice

hey guys im just looking for some advice on what i should take as a first cycle. i am looking for lean mass and strenght. i also want to avoid any water retention. i am 6'2 about 250 right now and have been traning for about 16 months steady so i have a good routine down. so far from people i have spoken too they said i should start with something like test e 500 ew for 12 weeks and do 50-100mg or winstrol for weeks 6-12 since its my first cycle. i would appreciate any advice i want to no everything there is to no before doing any gear.

Test e at 500mg a week ten or twelve weeks plenty for first cycle. Winny not needed bro also if really concerned with water retention could switch to test prop instead. Get some adex hcg and follow sticky for pct

Ya, 16 months is not NEARLY enough time training to even think about AAS...

What's your diet and training routine look like?

ok i understand i am new to this compared to people who have been doing this there whole like im only 23. i also am not planning on doing this right away like i posted in the first post i am just looking for advice in what you guys who have been doing this for year would recomend for a first cycle that is all. also when i said 16 month i have been working out for about 4 yrs but i got more serious about 16 months ago. so what are your recomendations for when i do start a cycle?

There's no EXACT timetable, you want to train and diet to a T for a while and when/if you reach your potential, then is the time....

Yeah! Pump until you bleed ,and after that if gains are not comming .dial in the diet ,if that doesn't work after 200% into the cycle then run a test cycle

attack in this order (based on what people like radar - SERIOUS BB LIFER have told me)

diet
training
sleep schedule

then count ur years experience on ur hand if u havent got ur index raised (3 up)

then supp urself.

protein
fishoils
joint supports
um etc... (this can go on long)

then at that point waita year then form a decision point. base it on whats going on in ur life aswell,

if its just bbing and cosmetic, relax... no timelimit on that...

sports = different story in MY VERY HUMBLE OPINION
