Has anyone heard from OWL lately? Hope he is ok (kind of last little while he was having heart/health problems), he is a great asset to EF, and a good man. I haven't seen him post now for a long time, does anyone have his number, can someone give him a ring/text to let us (or more me) know he is alright.

Plus I need bulking cycle advice!

Oh wow, nevermind... I just checked from my computer and says he logged in yesterday, I must be missing every thread he is in!

Anyways I'm running testE 250mg every week, can people give me some of their favorite bulking cycles. I'm going to be doing a heavy bulk now till end of december. Need some ideas!

Sust 500mg/week 1-20
EQ 600-750mg/week 1-20
Tren E 400mg/week 1-10 go 12 if I feel good
Dbol 50mg/ed 1-4
Proviron 100mg/ed 1-10
