Workout tomorrow, yea or nay?

Ok, here's my dilemna. I haven't slept well the last two nights, I feel run down. I felt a twinge of a sore throat earlier today. Tomorrow is my lower body day.

Should I take another day off and do the workout on Sunday, take an easy day, or just go ahead and do it?
 
No problem Mike. I think you will feel better. Stay covered up and drink a lot of fluids. Also, hot cereal and bananas are excellent sources of fuel when feeling run down.
 
Right, never train sick. Let your body rest and heal.
