Workout schedules

What is everyone's workout schedules? I have been trying to find one where it will fit me. I have made one of my own, and I seem to think it is overtraining.

Here it is:

Day 1: Chest/Back
Day 2: Bi's/Tri's
Day 3: Shoulders/Legs
Day 4: Day off
Day 5: Day off depending how I feel. If I feel great, I'll start my routine again.

Does this look like Overtraining?

Also, I have been looking for arm workouts. WHat does everyone suggest?

I do 4 X 8 with the EX bar curl outside grip, inside grip, and incline DB curls.
Then I do tricep ext's, Skull crushers, and rope pulldowns. ANy suggestions what to add or what to take out?

My arms are the worst part of my body is seems. My back and chest are forming real nice, but my arms just seem to not want to get big. I have started 1-AD to see if this will help with my strength tieing in with getting big. We'll see, but any input is greatly appreciated.
