WorkOut Routine

I am looking for a good workout routine. Every time I have one someone tells me there is better. Keep in mind I am trying to bulk. Yes I would love to get all cut up but I know I need to grow first. Right now I do this:
Monday: Chest, Tri
Tuesday: Back, Bi
Wednesday: Leg, Shoulders
Friday: Other (Traps, Forearm, Abs, anything I feel I need)
Also I will be adding Thursday soon so I need something there to. I tend to do compound exercises with a lot of weight and lower reps, more sets too. Isolation exercises I do 10-12 reps with 1 less set then compounds. I also go from exercise to exercise, I don't wait around, talk, etc... So I keep my heart up and going the whole time. If I am by myself like this I can get in and out in a little over an hour. Please help me redo my routine as I need professional advice and the gym I go to has training lessons that are a F'ing joke! I want a well rounded routine for growing big.

Spend some time on weight training and lifting forum.....
 
Figured I was putting this in the wrong place, I am a guy who gets comfortable and hates change. (Sucks for my routines :qt: ) Thanks though!

stay doing what your doing just up the calories you will grow in time
 
Upper body one day. Lower the next. Then Rest. You don't need a day for each bodypart-type routine. Nobody does, IMHO.
 
Would help but your asking for way to much detail. Would take me an hour or more to respond. If your looking for a solid chest routine etc.. Alot easier.

That would work. But the next question he is gonna ask is, how many sets or exercises per body part?
 
I believe in splitting up the Body to LOOK like a body builder

the only thing I don't like about your split is that you do Deltoids on Leg Day

thats too much cross over on the Deltoid complex ESPECIALLY is you do heavy days for chest
