Workout routine post cycle

I finished my first cycle six weeks ago and I have decreased my workout routine to 3 sets for each exercise(10-8-5reps) and 4 exercies per muscle. While on I was doing 4-5 sets per exercise (10-8-5-3reps) and 4 exercises per muscle. Does this sound like a good reduction in my workout? My workouts just seem so short now. I was getting about 200gm of protien per day. I weigh 210lbs. How should I change my protien intake??
 
200gm of protein, whats that 4 meals? Add like another 100gm. And i try to do the same workout as when on, maybe slowly lower the weight a bit. But i also don't get that much stronger when on, so its not much of a change anyway.

i completely disagree with working out the same while off as when you were on. Personally i cut back from working out 5x a week to 3-4x a week and really concentrate on the compound movements (deadlifts, squats, rows, bench press). i also cut the sets in half but i try to lift as heavy as possible within the 5-8 rep range. Workouts are about 45 mins. My diet remains the same but i also add in clen during the clomid to keep off that fat. Ive had a lot of success keeping my gains like this and so have a lot of my bros.
