I finished my first cycle six weeks ago and I have decreased my workout routine to 3 sets for each exercise(10-8-5reps) and 4 exercies per muscle. While on I was doing 4-5 sets per exercise (10-8-5-3reps) and 4 exercises per muscle. Does this sound like a good reduction in my workout? My workouts just seem so short now. I was getting about 200gm of protien per day. I weigh 210lbs. How should I change my protien intake??
