workout routine past 2 weeks

Ok, so i have been sick for the past 2 weeks with the flu and non-stop coughing havent even really been able to get out of bed but after the first couple days of not lifting any weights i started to feel smaller... so everyday i have been lifting free weights at my house and doing a little bit of benching and curling... i have gotten smaller i know that for fact but i am feeling better now and i dont know if i should just rush straight back into my workout routine because i dont want to strain my muscles
so what should i do? go back to normal routine with same weight or a little less weight or what i still took my test while i was sick but not my dbol now i started taking it again today... what should i do?
 
If you had the straight up flu as you say, i don't know how you were able to work out at all. You shoul've rested comepletely. If you are still sick, then continue to rest, if not then start back again. After starting back up after the flu, you will not be able to jump back into the same weights you were using, so start a little lighter and work your way back up.
 
Go back to your normal routine but cut the volume down the first week. I got sick about 3 weeks ago, took a week off myself. Did the same routine when I came back, just did one less heavy set of each main exercise. Then I bumped it back up after that "easing back in" week was over.
