Workout Routine Look Cool?

This is the cycle I am starting:
Dbol 25mg/day week 1-4
Sus 500/week week 1-8
Deca 200/week week 1-8
When I asked my friend about hitting each body part once a week he told me, (here we go with the quotes)

"Training a muscle once a week is insufficient for growth stimulus. This is because protein synthesis is upregulated up to 36 hours after working out -this means if you train a muscle every other day, you are keeping the protein synthesis elevated. If you trained it once a week, the protein synthesis wanes after 36 hours... of course, with the steroids, you are in a hyper-anabolic state but the primary stimulus for growth - the tension on the muscle placed by loading the muscle i.e. resistance training - must be in that every other frequency for a continued growth stimulus. Think of it as the steroids making recovery tremendous and also, turbo-charging any growth you might stimulate.
But, growth is only stimulated with a workout, and since the growth
signal downregulates in 36 hours, wouldn't you want to put that signal through again to take advantage of the steroid-turbocharging? I'd leave a muscle untrained for at most, two days. If you can, I'd recommend training six days a week, with a day off on Sunday, but I'd certainly won't recommend training the muscle only once a week."

What does everybody think? He would have me training 6 days a week working each musle 3X a week (every other day).... IS THIS REASONABLE?
 
Twice a week while on juice is good. 3X is probably too much. But juice will decrease the time needed for recovery...so definitely up the frequency from what you're used to...also up the volume, don't try to lift extra heavy.
 
even when on the juice, rest is still very important. Two times a week is good, especially for the larger muscles. I also think that the quality(or intensity) of the workout is also important, not just quantity.
 
bulldog- i was going to do a HST like program doing 10 reps for 4 weeks and 5 reps for the remaining 4 weeks? Do you personally think 3X a week will be too much? ALSO can i put 3ml in a delt?
 
I was thinking bench press, rows, shoulder press for
workout 1
and legs (leg press) and arms (curls, close-grip bench press) for
workout 2.
Warmdown is like 20 reps

LEGS
3 sets of Leg Press - Go as heavy as possible. This is your squat
substitute.

Warmdown with 2 sets of:
Lying Leg Curl - these are for your hamstrings
Leg Extension - for your quads
Seated Calf Raise - for your soleus muscles (the ones under your calf)

BACK
3 sets of Lat Pulldown - Go heavy as possible. This is your mass
builder.
or
3 sets of Seated Lat Row - Go heavy as possible. This is your mass
builder.

Warmdown with
1 sets of One Arm Seated Lat Row.

CHEST
3 sets Bench Press - Go heavy.
or
3 sets Incline Bench Press - Go heavy

Warmdown with
1 set Chest Fly

DELTS
3 sets Seated Shoulder Press - Mass builder
3 sets Shoulder Shrug

ARMS and ABS
3 sets of Lying Triceps Extension - Mass Builder
Warmdown with Triceps Kickback

3 sets of Standing Biceps Curl - Mass Builder
Warmdown with Concentration Curl

1 set of Abdominal Crunch

Yeah...3X a week is way too much. I'd stick with 2ml in the delt max, any reason you want to put 3ml in the delts? Why not do glute and quad shots?

i was told that sus in the quads is way too painful and i might be doing 400mg deca which would mean biweekly 3ml injections. I know i could do it in the glutes over a period of like 2min but never did a delt shot in my life
