6am is the earliest i can go. my gym doesn't open until then. it's a great way to start off your day. the energy levels are usually so high several hours after.

Any of you work out in the early AM like 4:00am? I took some fat burners and went to the gym. Not even 1/2 way through I got sour stomach and puked once I got back to my hotel room.

Anyone else ever have this issues like this working out in the early AM???

:worried:

Bro it sounds like you took fat burners on an empty stomach. You're gonna puke every time if those fat burners are worth their salt.

I work out every day at 5:30am. My advice to you is to lay out all your clothes and accessories the night before.... Wake up at least 1/2 hour early... eat a pre-workout meal, take your supps, then change and head over. They should kick in by the time your warm ups are over and you won't puke. Plus the fuel from the carbs will let you get through your workout.

No more empty stomach fat burners or lifting dude.

depends on what was in the product, for me if it has Yohimbe & you take on an empty stomach you will get nauseous & may puke. Caffeine & ephedrine never bothered me on a empty stomach.

good advice man. Thanks.

I am usually very lazy at around 6 am, so i just eat a banana and a glass of milk before heading to the gym.

lol @ kabetz talking about laying out accessories :p

Agreed. Whenever I do make it to the gym early... gotta eat at least a banana and a "light" protein mix of something... 30-40grams and water, ect. (not my usual whole milk and 60-70grams of milk protein isolate/egg white powder)

I work pretty early in the morning. I always like to eat a bowl of oatmeal and have two cups of coffee before I go. Coffee kind of amps me up like the fat burners do. I would try coffee next time instead.

Sub - Yeah man, try and throw in some whey and PERHAPS some oats with that banana and milk.

Sarge - Real men accessorize :( don't they?!?! haha

Needto - You definitely feel weak, but if you do it consistently, after a week or two your body definitely adapts and you actually feel sluggish if you dont hit the gym up . At least what I noticed.

On the other hand, I've been working out at night this week, 10:30 p.m., and I feel so weak because I've hard work and school before hand. I would just rather go to the gym give it my 100% attention and then start my day.

I work out at 4:30 and I don't typically eat first but my partner gets a stomach ache everytime and has to excuse himself to the bathroom for some temporary relief. It could be your supplementation, your meds or simply being out of shape. There is certainly a "regimen" reason but the process of elimination could take a while.

Thanks all. I was just wondering if anyone else had this problem.

Yes , the only thing in my stomach was water and fat burners
And yes it was more then just caffeine , so I won't do that again

I couldn't sleep so I decided to go to the gym
