It does look a bit snooty lol, but it's so freaking good.

Oranges, sugar, dextrose, eggwhites, and lemon make up the first few ingredients. Zero fat and all carb. I think people get a little too anal with their carb selection pwo.
 
I chug down waxy maize mixed with some kool-aid immediately after my last set. I take a shot of LiquidMorph+ (45g whey isolate, glycerol, creatine, l-arginine, ect.) 15 minutes after that.
 
I drink oat starch, peptopro, glycerol, glutamine, leucine, sea salt and creatine mono before and during my workout. So far I really like this combo for recovery and and hydration. This plus omega's pump3d gives me a stupid pump lol

I just had 108.5 grams of Carbs at once for no reason at all other than the shit tastes good. Thanks SL, Ima be a fat fuck now.

Jesus Christ bro, I just snort a lil cocain mixed with super pump, pop a 100mgs of dbol, stick some acid strips in my work out gloves and smoke some sticky, best workouts known to man.

at 46, carbs are not my friend...in fact, they've been all but relegated to weekends and special occassions...many people disagree with my theories...few can argue with my results :biggrin:
