Time to hit de Vitamin C.. 1000 mg/day It works wonder for me.. and at firt notice of the flue, I take another 1000 mg, normally will pee shortly afterwards, and the another. See, your body can only take at any give time 500 mg, the rest goes in the urine. This is one reason that it very hard to OD on C.... an regard the liver strain.. studies have shown that it does not affect the liver.

In the case the the virus got stronger.. then I do the Tequila shoot with a whole lime and a TBS of Honey.. Right before ZZZZZZZ.

So far, so good

Don't put more stress on it. It will delay recovery from sickness.

I'd disagree! I'm sick now, got it from my wife. Fever for two days in a row, but not that bad. I seem to be getting better today, at least the fever is gone. I went and did 20 good sets for my back. It's just a cold, if it was a flu, then it would be a different story. Cold's are harmless.
 
In my case,. it depends on the degree of the flu/cold.. If It happens to start on work-out day, I will workout harder.. FOR ME, the concept of SWEAT IT OUT works...However, I do have a friend that if he workout out at the begining stages of the flu, he gets worse.

It depends on the person.
