OK for the past week now I've been hitting up the gym twice a day. I use to do this every once in a while but because of certain circummstances I have a little more free time on my hand than I'd like. But say I go to the gym at like 10:00 in the morning and do some cardio than do biceps. I will go back at say 9:00 at night do a little more cardio and some more biceps. i mean so far I'm starting to like the results but is this ok in the long run as long as I still give myself some time to rest?
