Working out twice a day?

OK for the past week now I've been hitting up the gym twice a day. I use to do this every once in a while but because of certain circummstances I have a little more free time on my hand than I'd like. But say I go to the gym at like 10:00 in the morning and do some cardio than do biceps. I will go back at say 9:00 at night do a little more cardio and some more biceps. i mean so far I'm starting to like the results but is this ok in the long run as long as I still give myself some time to rest?
 
No, I'm just making an example. Mon I did Back,shoulders,Cardio- Tue-Chest,Cardio- Wed-Biceps,Cardio- Thur-legs,Cardio Fri,Triceps,Forarms
 
Why are you doing biceps twice a day?.....you're workouts must be very easy in the intensity department to be able to do this......
 
The only time I workout twice a day is on leg day. I hate doing just legs in a day so I like to hit some auxiliary lifts that same night.

I forgot to add that I only do this when I'm on. I don't think I could pull it off clean (GEAR=ENERGY for me).

As a 30 year old male who aged poorly, it's not good. I end up unable to work out at all around the fourth session.

But a lot of people do it, which I can only conclude means a lot of peope are getting results they like.
