Working out then cardio 5 hours later!!

ok the weather is finally getting nice out and my girlfriend really likes to run outside. i usually workout at arund 12 or 1 oclock, between classes. however my girlfriend who doesnt get done with class till 5:20 likes for me to run with her. so i was wondering is there anything wrong with doing cardio with her at this time five hours after my workout? im starying a cyale this week also if it matters.
1-10 50mg enanthate
1-3 25 mg dball
4-10-10mg winstrol

i dont like your cycle at all and i dont understand it

to answer your cardio quesiton...i would make sure im not killing myself(as u should never do in cardio IMO)....hit the mild cardio....mild half hour run and u should be straight

Well, considering that he'd have to inject 1/5 of a CC to get 50mg, I'm sure it's just a typo.
 
Cycle cant be right, typo or newbie. Anyway cardio then is cool, just remember are you a bodybuilder or marathon runner? Make sure you keep your hartrate in a fat burning zone, you dont want to eat up muscle!!!
 
yeah, sorry guys it was a mistake. ahould have looked like this:
week1-4 25 mg dball
week 1-10 500mg test e
week5-10 100 mg winstrol daily

cardio would be done three dyas a week, thanks for the input, and sorry about the mistake!
