Working out Shirt-less in a gym

hmmm well i cant see a lot of places letting ppl work out shirtless because someone is bound to complain about the health issues involved. sweat, bacteria, ppl not wiping off the equipment. im sure a lot of the gym are suspect to regulations and if they dont follow them the health board could shut them down. also...if ppl work out shirtless in order to see the smaller muscles groups working, your going to have a lot of ppl without shirts on...that really really need to keep them on (aka fat people).
I've seen a few guys trainging shirtless in my gyms...But usually its guys who SHOULD be wearing a shirt...

When playing San Jose, the radio station here did another good prank on the sharks. At 6:00 a.m. they drove 13 fire trucks down town with TRAIN HORNS equiped on the trucks. They went down and surrounded the Westin Hotel (where the sharks were staying/sleeping), then they all fired off the train horns at once, and let their sirens rip. I guess that the whole hotel woke up and the walls were literally vibrating. Meanwhile the flames were sleeping nicely. And what happened ... ?? The flames won that night! hahaha. Don Cherry, called the radio station a bunch of fuckin jerks, but i personally thought that it was hilarious, so did the rest of Calgary obviously. The Westin hotel was a good sport about it too. They sent a marching band around the hotel at 5:00am when detroit was staying here, so god only knows whats going to happen during the finals when Tampa Bay is staying here. Good fun though.

There are still a few gyms that allow this. Coffee's Gym (the old one) in Atlanta and there is one Muscle Pit down here (but only because it is right on the beach.
If I am feeling really good, I will strip down to my 2xist wife beater. but ONLY if I don't have any visible bruises on me from injects.
Like in the picture here, I had a bruise from a bicep injection this past January, so I kept my polo on.

lol ... ya I actaully got lots of room bro. I am taking it easy this week, even though I can here all the rukus outside right now, and will continue to here it til the morning. Saterday will be the big night here. The city will be on fire. Especially when they win, hehehe. I think that its safe to say that I will be cheatnig on the diet a little! lol. It will be interesting to see how next game goes.

Well, as the token openly Gay guy on here, I ask you all to keep your shirts on. I trying to workout here and staring at you (and the repurcusptions there-of) would be a distraction from trying to build LBM. Go to the beach if you want to be shirtless. Thanks! Alan.
