I have noticed that Latley even though my work outs are very sparse there really is no change in growthy from when i started lifting and was doing about 4 sessions per week.
Can it be,in the simplest possible terms, that my body has learned to more effeciently create muscle?
anyone?

There is a fair chance you have been overtraining normally. If you do this, growth will be slower and now you have done less workouts, growth is still slow, but neither condition is optimized. I would suggest takign a look at your diet, sleep, food and sit down and plan out a good attack to go on. Once you do this, and get a 3 day a week (good natural plan) workout, im sure gains will come quickly.

In summation: IMO you were overtraining before, now you are udnertraining, both lead to some but suboptimal gains. You were prolly overtraining before cause you werent eating enough!
