Working on my weaknesses

Yesterday I decided to hit my weaknesses, which is basically my "posterior chain". Did the following exercises:

Zercher Squats
Seated GM's
Chain Suspended GM's
Speed Sumo Deads
Romanian Deads
Shrugs

Needless to say my posterior chain is mighty sore today. Pass the advil.
 
It looks like a lot, but I only did 2 or 3 sets of each exercise with nothing over 225. By the time I got to the Romanians my back was spent, so I did 1 set of those.

Now I must Swain!
