I've been recuperating from an auto accident for about two years. It's been a long journey for me. The doctors wanted me to go to the pain clinic and get shots in my lower back and neck to reduce my pain. But I decided on a different path and thus far it seems to be working. I started with Yoga working out slowly at first and now I'm much more flexible and about 90% pain free. I will never be completely pain free. Once I felt I could move pretty well I started back at the gym lifting light weights and heavy cardio on the bike. Now I'm running 500 a week of Test E and Turanibol tablets and feeling much stronger than I have in years. I bought the protein shakes, etc and with a better diet I'm starting to look and feel damn good. I'm not cured, but man I feel better. Anyone else have a similar experience?
