Have a show coming up next year and have a knee problem which is effecting leg workouts. Was thinking about working hams more often to create a larger sweep and an illiusion to take away from not being able to squat. Anybody work hams 2-3 times a week? My thinking is I walk all the time so they should not be over worked if I hit them mor eoften. Will work legs twice a week depending on if my knee swells or once at a minimum.
