Personally for me, i have shoulder issues.
i find it difficult to do pulldowns at time...etc any exersize that is over-head,
causes irritation in my shoulder area.

what can i do get around this?
i need to widen and size up my back, but sometimes its too much stress for my shoulders. the joints, not the actual muscle b 4 u guys get the wrong imperssion. football injuries from years ago, that i would still like to bash my coaches for.


any help out there? plz! :)
 
Might want to see a physical therapist and fix that problem. Pullups are essential for back growth, especially to get that nice "wing" look
