Sup fella iron heads.. I was interested in hearing your guys experiences with working out each body part twice a week. I have always done each body part once a week and have had good results. I am going on a cycle soon and was thinking about trying out the twice a week theory. What do you guys think???
 
On cycle i think you can get away with it. I believe every body part should be trained once a week. When your not in the gym is when you grow.
