thats tough to show and it has to effect him in someway ...remember in order to win a suit there must be an injury which led to money damages in some way or another

from being forced to lose the hairstyle which defined his personality and set him apart from others, my client fell into a depression of great enough severity that he was incapable of returning to work. as such, he was incapable of of acquiring paychecks that he not only needs for basic sustinance, but also to fund his efforts in continuing education. due to the mental health injuries, monies lost from inabilities to work, and the delay of his post-secondary education, my client seeks $3.2 million in damages. :D
