I thought I was to but the kid is actually pretty strong. Oh well I own about 50% of the dudes in my gym for strength. Mind you there is A LOT of 160lb bottoms at my gym.

i deadliftd again friday and now im at 245x6 for my final set, probably gunna do 255x6 next week for my final set

i used to try and remember it when i got home and ten write i down but i dont breath right when i lift so im killing alot of braincells and became retarded and cant rmemeber anymore so i write it down as i do it at th egym

i spoted my wife doing squats yesterday she got 135 for 4 i was so proud of her ...
she is going to be good at am... she is built for squats...

the guy who told me doing below parellel was terible for ur knees saw me doing deadlifts on friday and he just looked at me and shook his head in disaproval

Blows me away.....that's alot of reps, good job. 5X5 on box squats and I'm finished.

135 for 8 is badass! I love when my wife squats free weight. Nothin else works a heinie and makes quad sweep like that.

You best hope you get those numbers up before fall cause that is when I start training for strength again and my goal is to be deadlifting 315 before next spring.

Haha no worries. There are some people at the gym that shouldn't be offering up advice. I don't say shit to no one unless they ask then I am brutally honest. LOL
 
If it's a gay ass gym, then you shouldn't have to worry about the spotter copping a feel.
 
I had a professor in college that could dead 385 and she was fine as hell. Three plates to a side is still a lot of weight.

I am not worried about them coping a feel as much as them not being capable of assistng if needed.

I keep doing that, once a week past 3 weeks and for whatever reason my strength has gone up a lil might try 405 on monday

Seems to be I had zero pain in this leg workout and when I was squating my knee didn't sound like a bowl of rice krispys so that is a good sign.

you could easily do more weight if you dropped the reps and set amounts

Your right I could and that is how I train in the Fall Winter no more then 4 sets including warm ups and a lot less reps. It is spring summer and I am looking to compete can't train the same when dieting.

I have done it really liked it help my strength a lot. Before I started dieting I was doing a pyramid of 12, 8, 6, 3 and I loved it I was adding 5lbs to every lift every week.

Was there a big increase in your strength? Souns like a good plan may try it come October.
