The jaw drop on her and him was freaking AWESOME - they couldn't believe it, they had me pegged for 10 years younger.

I must be doing something right.

I used to work for a couple that both had adult children with learning disabilities. The experience of knowing them both was something that I will never forget.

Older people at the gym and my teachers tell me I will be successful because of my work ethic in the gym and in the classroom. That makes me feel fabulous.

I always get told I look a few years younger than I actually am. But the truth is it sorta works the opposite for guys vs. girls. iow, it's no big deal at best.

yes, really. the center i run is for adults with mental disabilities. we do a lot of other community support work there too, though. i don't have many "bad days" at the job i have. migraines are the only thing i worry about.

Went out to dinner with the wife last night. Nothing fancy. As I was walking back to the washrooms I noticed this 30something lady checking me out. I mean, she was looking at my shoulders & arms like Roseanne at a Corn Dog truck accident. & as I went past I could see in the mirror she was checkin my glutes. I'm no Brad Pitt, but her partner was about 2" shorter than I with about 40 lbs more of gaming gut on him & was prattling on about some shit in the game he was currently mastering.
Not much, but for a guy that's looked like I have for the past 25 yrs, that's something.
