well after 2 months of waiting on the side lines, chewing my fingers, and getting all hot and sweaty when i look at a barbell, i have returned.
my rotator cuff and shoulder blade are alot stronger now and it has become my no1 oath to prevent injury to my fullest capacity.
How do the rest of you handle the stress and depression when you know that u cant pick up that barbell? Those 2 months of waiting were an absolute bitch and i cant imagine how guys like Thaibox would feel knowing that there is a good chance that he will never pump iron again.
After my first few workouts things are feeling good, got my appetitie back, im feeling the bitter sweet soreness the next day and im the happiest i have been for 2 months. Funny how lifting metal can do so much to one's mind.....
